"Edmark Service"

Even though I filled out the Customer Satisfaction Survey, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for such excellent service.

Just a week ago I 'dropped by' just to see if I would be able to talk to someone about a nagging issue with the instrument cluster on my 2005 Avalanche. To my surprise, Edmark staff, went right to my truck, discussed the concern with me and directed me to Jeramie Wells. Who in turn, immediately pulled my Avalanche into the service department and had the problem diagnosed. He then informed me that he would order a new instrument cluster, that it would be in on Monday and he would call to set up a time to have it replaced.

Jeramie did just that, I was called on Monday, I returned that call on Tuesday. The instrument cluster was replaced on Wednesday morning. Again to my surprise, the expected 2 hour procedure, took only 45 minutes!

Too often excellent service goes unrecognized, and I have to say that Edamark staff provided excellent service from the moment I 'dropped by', to the moment I left with my truck repaired. Thank you very much, to everyone involved, for doing a great job, providing excellent service and exceeding all my expectations!

I do not regret buying this car sight (and not driving/viewing) unseen....Edmark met all of my expectations in this purchase....was never nervous and showed all "naysayers" on my end that warned me not to do this...wrong. This car and service was way better than anyone's expectations - given I knew no-one that had done business here previously and relying solely upon your previous customer satisfaction statements on your website (and of course, on the GM/corvette quality vehicle). I definitely got what I paid for and more.

Great experience working with Edmark Superstore in my purchase of the 2008 Corvette. The whole process was very easy and low key, in fact it was so easy I kind of felt like I was stealing the car as I was driving away. From start to finish the painless process took only about an hour and a half.
